We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your reservation. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s). Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time for someone else. Our appointments are confirmed with enough time in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. The service is reserved for you PERSONALLY a CANCELLATION fee will be applied. NO SHOW FEE, if you do not show up to ypur appointment you will be charge half of the full price of all scheduled services.
